My fave tips for looking refreshed!

One of the questions that I get asked the most is how I am able to balance 3 kids, full time work, school, social media work and still manage to keep myself put together.   • Using coffee grounds as an exfoliator. The caffeine wakes up your skin and gives it a totally refreshed look
  • Drinking a tall glass of warm water with the juice of a whole lemon and some salt on an empty stomach. Drinking lemon water has many benefits including providing your body with tons of antioxidants as well as balances your pH levels for the day.
  • A 7 minute workout.
